走向生态文明建设新时代谱写地震观测环境保护新篇章

摘要 生态文明建设是国家立足于日趋严重的环境污染、生态系统退化的严峻形势提出的生态文明理念,随着当代社会经济的快速发展,人类生产、生活的范围不断扩大,直接干扰着地震观测环境,从另一个方面,生产建设对生态环境的干扰、压迫也促发了诱发型地震的频发,对国家的经济、社会安全造成威胁。生态环境的保护与地震安全息息相关,适度开发、建设,减少对生态环境的影响,做好地震观测环境保护工作,处理好开发与保护的关系,需要从科学立法、行政执法、全民普法的角度入手,共同谱写地震观测环境保护新篇章。 The construction of ecological civilization is an ecological civilization idea proposed by the country based on the severe situation of increasingly serious environmental pollution and degradation of the ecosystem.It is an important decision made by the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China from a new historical position.Nowadays,with the rapid development of contemporary society and economy,the scope of human production and life is constantly expanding,which directly interferes with the seismic observation environment.From another aspect,the interference and oppression of the production and construction on the ecological environment have also caused frequent occurrences of induced earthquakes.Threat to the country’s economic and social security.The protection of the ecological environment is closely related to the safety of earthquakes.Appropriate development and construction will reduce the impact on the ecological environment.Do a good job in seismic observation and environmental protection.Dealing with the relationship between development and protection needs to start from the perspective of scientific legislation,administrative law enforcement,and popular law To jointly write a new chapter in environmental protection for earthquake observation.
