摘要
以川荞1号、西荞1号、九江苦荞、黑丰1号4个苦荞品种为材料,采用15%的PEG-6000进行水分胁迫,研究PEG干旱胁迫对苦荞麦植株胚根长度、胚轴长度、含水量、可溶性蛋白、可溶性还原糖、游离脯氨酸、丙二醛以及红外光谱表征特性的影响.结果表明,在干旱胁迫下4个苦荞品种胚轴长度下降66.96%~81.06%,含水量下降23%~51%,可溶性蛋白、可溶性还原糖、游离脯氨酸、丙二醛含量均上升;干旱胁迫主要影响了-CH3、-OH、C-O、C-O-C等官能团.通过隶属函数均值得4种苦荞的抗旱程度,由大到小依次为九江苦荞>川荞1号>西荞1号>黑丰1号.
The four Tartary buckwheat cultivars:Chuanqiao No.1,Xiqiao No.1,Jiujiang and Heifeng No.1 were used to study the effects of 15% PEG-6000 on root length,hypocotyl length,water content,soluble protein,soluble reducing sugar,free proline,malondialdehyde and infrared spectroscope of Tartary buckwheat.The results showed under PEG drought stress,hypocotyl length of all cultivars decreased by 66.96% ~81.06%,and the water content decreased by 23% ~51%,whereas the contents of soluble protein,soluble sugar,free proline and malondialdehyde increased.Drought stress mainly affected the functional groups that mostly were-CH3,-OH,C-O,and C-O-C.The drought resistance degree of the four cultivars was Jiujiang> Chuanqiao No.1>Xiqiao No.1> Heifeng No.1 according to membership function.
