网络药理学在中药复方的研究进展与应用策略 被引量:20

摘要 “多成分、多靶点和多途径”协同作用的特点是近年来对中药的一种普遍认识.中药复方是辩证审因决定治法以后选择合适的药物及合适的用量按照组成原则妥善配伍而成的一组药物,其特殊的诊断与辩证体系,以及多药物、多成分的组方原则使得中药复方药理的研究更加难以展开.随着医药科学不断地发展,以系统生物学和生物信息学多学科相结合的网络药理学被广泛应用于中药复方的现代化研究中.网络药理学是从整体上探索药物与疾病的相关性,其整体性、系统性和注重药物间相互作用的特点与中医药学的基本特点相吻合,是一门从系统层面揭示中药对机体调控网络作用的新兴学科.针对网络药理学在中药复方中的研究方法、应用现状和存在的问题进行了综述,为采用网络药理学揭示中医药现代科学内涵提供了参考. The synergistic effect of "multi-component,multi-target and multi-path" is a common understanding of traditional Chinese medicine in recent years.Chinese medicine compound prescription is a group of medicines made after dialectical trials to determine the law and combined with appropriate drugs and appropriate dosages to make them compatible according to the composition principle.Its special diagnosis and dialectical system,as well as the principle of multi-drug and multi-component formulas,makes the research of Chinese medicine compound pharmacology more difficult.With the continuous development of medical science,network pharmacology,which combines the disciplines of systems biology and bioinformatics,has been widely used in the modern research of traditional Chinese medicine compounds.Network pharmacology is to explore the correlation between drugs and diseases as a whole.Its holistic,systemic,and drug-focused interactions are consistent with the basic characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine.It is an emerging discipline to reveal the role of Chinese medicine in body regulation.This article will review the research methods,application status,and existing problems of network pharmacology in traditional Chinese medicine compound prescriptions,with a view to providing a reference for using network pharmacology to reveal the modern scientific connotation of traditional Chinese medicine.
