多根管下颌前磨牙显微根管治疗的临床探究

Clinical Investigation of Micro-root Canal Treatment of Multiple Root Canal Mandibular Premolars

目的探析多根管下颌前磨牙采用显微根管治疗的临床效果。方法方便选取2016年9月-2019年9月该院口腔科收治的60例(均为单颗)多根管下颌前磨牙患者纳入观察研究中,均行显微根管治疗,分析临床疗效。结果该组患者适填率为95.0%,总有效率为96.7%,未出现明显并发症;治疗前患者咬合力、咀嚼效率分别为(95.50±21.34)lbs、(73.53±9.70)%,治疗后分别为(133.15±18.40)lbs、(90.70±10.18)%,相比差异有统计学意义(t=5.372、10.223,P<0.05);治疗后7 d、1个月的口腔健康评分分别为(4.52±1.14)分、(2.06±0.73)分,显著低于治疗前的(8.11±1.65)分(Z=7.174,P<0.05)。结论采用显微根管治疗多根管下颌前磨牙有着确切充填效果与疗效,可有效改善患者咬合力和咀嚼效率,提升口腔健康水平,且有着良好安全性。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of micro-root canal treatment on multiple root canal premolars.Methods From September 2016 to September 2019,60 patients(all single)with multiple root canal mandibular premolars admitted to the hospital were convenient selection included in the observational study,and all were treated with micro root canal treatment to analyze the clinical efficacy.Results The rate of patients in this group was 95.0%,the total effective rate was 96.7%,and no obvious complications occurred;the bite force and chewing efficiency of the patients before treatment were(95.50±21.34)lbs,(73.53±9.70)%,the latter were(133.15±18.40)lbs,(90.70±10.18)%,the difference was statistically significant(t=5.372,10.223,P<0.05)respectively;the oral health scores at 7 d and 1 month after treatment were:the scores of(4.52±1.14)points and(2.06±0.73)points were significantly lower than that of(8.11±1.65)points before treatment(Z=7.174,P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of multiple root canal mandibular premolars with micro root canal has definite filling effect and curative effect,can effectively improve the patient's bite force and chewing efficiency,improve oral health,and has good safety.
