乳腺癌组织PD1、PDL1表达变化及其与患者临床病理参数、预后的关系探究

Expression Changes and Its Relationship with Clinical Pathological Parameters and Prognosis of Patients

目的分析乳腺癌组织PD1、PDL1表达与病理、预后的关联。方法方便选择该院于2018年6月-2019年12月收治的116例乳腺癌患者为研究对象,所有患者均接受术后病理检查及免疫组化检查。结果116例乳腺癌患者的肿瘤组织PD1阳性表达率78.45%、PDL1阳性表达率77.59%。乳腺癌组织PD1阳性表达与淋巴结转移(χ^2=7.940)、组织学分级(χ^2=8.350)有关(P<0.05);而PDL1阳性表达则与临床分期(χ^2=5.920)、组织学分级(χ^2=8.190)有关(P<0.05)。乳腺癌PD1阳性表达组3年生存率低于PD1阴性表达组(χ^2=8.590,P<0.05);乳腺癌PDL1阳性表达组3年生存率低于PDL1阴性表达组(χ^2=8.140,P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌组织的PD1及PDL1表达与病理、预后存在密切关联,应加强对PD1阳性表达、PDL1阳性表达患者的管理,以改善其预后状况。

Objective To analyze the correlation between PD1,PDL1 expression and pathology and prognosis in breast cancer.Methods A total of 116 breast cancer patients admitted to the hospital from June 2018 to December 2019 were convenienty selected as the research subjects.All patients underwent postoperative pathological examination and immunohistochemical examination.Results The positive expression rate of PD1 in 116 breast cancer patients was 78.45%,and the positive expression rate of PDL1 was 77.59%.Breast cancer tissue PD1 positive expression was associated with lymph node metastasis(χ^2=7.940),histological grade(χ^2=8.350)(P<0.05);while PDL1 positive expression was related to clinical stage(χ^2=5.920),histological grade(χ^2=8.190)(P<0.05).The 3-year survival rate of breast cancer PD1 positive expression group was lower than that of PD1 negative expression group(χ^2=8.590,P<0.05);the 3-year survival rate of breast cancer PDL1 positive expression group was lower than that of PDL1 negative expression group(χ^2=8.140,P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of PD1 and PDL1 in breast cancer tissue is closely related to pathology and prognosis.The management of patients with positive PD1 and PDL1 expression should be strengthened to improve their prognosis.
