盐酸拉贝洛尔联合阿司匹林及硝苯地平控释片对子痫前期患者胎盘生长因子及妊娠结局的影响

Effects of Labetalol Hydrochloride Combined with Aspirin and Nifedipine Controlled-release Tablets on Placental Growth Factor and Pregnancy Outcome in Patients with Preeclampsia

目的探讨盐酸拉贝洛尔联合阿司匹林及硝苯地平控释片对子痫前期患者胎盘生长因子及妊娠结局的影响。方法方便选择2017年6月-2019年3月收治的子痫前期患者80例为研究对象,根据用药方法不同分组,对照组40例采用阿司匹林联合硝苯地平控释片,观察组40例采用盐酸拉贝洛尔联合阿司匹林及硝苯地平控释片,对两组治疗前后胎盘生长因子及妊娠结局进行观察。结果两组治疗前的胎盘生长因子水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组治疗后的胎盘生长因子水平与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对两组PE患者妊娠结局情况进行比较,观察组经过治疗之后不良妊娠情况发生率为2.50%明显低于对照组15.00%,比较差异有统计学意义(χ^2=3.913,P<0.05)。结论盐酸拉贝洛尔联合阿司匹林及硝苯地平控释片可改善子痫前期患者胎盘生长因子水平,也能降低不良妊娠结局发生率,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effects of labetalol hydrochloride combined with aspirin and nifedipine controlled-release tablets on placental growth factor and pregnancy outcome in patients with preeclampsia.Methods A total of 80 patients with preeclampsia admitted from June 2017 to March 2019 were convenient selected as the research object.According to different medication methods,40 patients in the control group were treated with aspirin and nifedipine controlled-release tablets,and 40 patients in the observation group were treated with hydrochloride.Belol combined with aspirin and nifedipine controlled-release tablets to observe the placental growth factor and pregnancy outcome before and after treatment in both groups.Results There was no significant difference in the placental growth factor level between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and there was a significant difference between the observation group and the control group after treatment(P<0.05);In comparison,the incidence of adverse pregnancy in the observation group after treatment was 2.50%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group,which was 15.00%.There was a statistically significant difference(χ2=3.913,P<0.05).Conclusion Labelol hydrochloride combined with aspirin and nifedipine controlled-release tablets can improve the placental growth factor level of preeclampsia patients,and can also reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes,which is worthy of promotion.
