摘要
目的通过对比使用胰岛素患者的老视发病年龄和不使用胰岛素老视患者的发病年龄,探讨胰岛素是否会引起老视发病年龄的提前。方法方便选取2019年1月-2020年1月在该院就诊的老视眼的患者(共297例)作为研究对象,研究对象分成3组,第1组为使用胰岛素的糖尿病患者(77例),第2组为不使用胰岛素只用口服降糖药的患者(99例),第3组为非糖尿病患者(121例)。调查3组患者老视发病年龄,通过统计学方法比较3组之间老视发病平均年龄差异是否有统计学意义。结果第1组的老视发病平均年龄为(42.53±1.85)岁,第2组的老视发病平均年龄为(44.88±1.32)岁,第3组的老视发病平均年龄为(47.56±1.48)岁。3组老视发病年龄两两比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论胰岛素会引起老视发病年龄提前,使用胰岛素的糖尿病患者比不使用胰岛素只用口服降糖药的患者以及非糖尿病患者的发病年龄要早。
Objective To compare the age of onset of presbyopia in patients with insulin and the age of presbyopia in patients without insulin to explore whether insulin will cause the age of presbyopia to advance.Methods The patients with presbyopia who were treated in the hospital from January 2019 to January 31,2019(a total of 297 cases)were convenient selected as the research subjects.The subjects were divided into three groups,and the first group was diabetic patients(77 cases)using insulin,the second group of patients without insulin and only oral hypoglycemic drugs(99 cases),and the third group is non-diabetic patients(121 cases).Investigate the age of onset of presbyopia in the three groups of patients,and compare the average age of onset of presbyopia between the three groups by statistical methods.Results The average age of onset of presbyopia in the first group was(42.53±1.85)years,the average age of onset of presbyopia in the second group was(44.88±1.32)years,and the average age of onset of presbyopia in the third group was(47.56±1.48)year old.The age of onset of presbyopia in the three groups was statistically different from each other(P<0.01).Conclusion Insulin can cause presbyopia to occur at an earlier age.Diabetic patients using insulin have an earlier age of onset than patients who do not use insulin and only oral hypoglycemic drugs and non-diabetic patients.
