急性心肌梗死的急诊急救护理效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Emergency nursing on Acute Myocardial Infarction

目的急性心肌梗死应用急诊急救护理干预效果情况分析。方法方便选取2018年7月-2019年7月该院诊治110例急性心肌梗死患者资料,按随机数表分两组,对照组予以常规护理,研究组予以急诊急救护理干预,分析两组急救时间、住院时间、满意度与并发症情况。结果干预后,研究组院前急救(30.26±5.15)min、急救时间(32.29±8.07)min、球囊扩张(72.11±5.21)min、溶栓时间(31.28±3.63)h及住院时间(7.92±1.95)d等时间指标均比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(t=11.511、13.397、28.162、17.447、5.869,P<0.05);研究组非常满意67.27%,对照组为52.73%,研究组满意度100.00%比对照组89.09%高,比较差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.346,P<0.05);且研究组发生心律失常等并发症3.64%比对照组14.55%少,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=3.960,P<0.05)。结论急性心肌梗死应用急诊急救护理干预,能有效缩短急救时间与住院时间,提高满意度,并降低其并发症,具一定临床应用价值。

Objective To analyze the effect of emergency nursing intervention on acute myocardial infarction.Methods The data of 110 patients with acute myocardial infarction diagnosed and treated in the hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 were convenienty selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table,the control group was given routine care,the research group was given emergency care intervention,and the emergency time of the two groups was analyzed.,Hospital stay,satisfaction and complications.Results After the intervention,the study group first aid(30.26±5.15)min,first aid time(32.29±8.07)min,balloon dilation(72.11±5.21)min,thrombolysis time(31.28±3.63)h and hospital stay(7.92±1.95)d and other time indicators were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=11.511,13.397,28.162,17.447,5.869,P<0.05);the research group was very satisfied with 67.27%,the control group was 52.73%,the research group of the satisfaction rate 100.00%was higher than the control group 89.09%,which was statistically significant(χ^2=6.346,P<0.05);and 3.64%of the arrhythmia and other complications in the study group were less than the control group 14.55%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=3.960,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of emergency nursing intervention for acute myocardial infarction can effectively shorten the time of emergency treatment and hospitalization,improve satisfaction,and reduce its complications,which has certain clinical application value.
