早期护理干预对降低妊娠期糖尿病母儿围产期并发症发生的影响

Effect of Early Nursing Intervention on Reducing Perinatal Complications of Gestational Diabetes

目的分析在妊娠期糖尿病患者的护理中应用早期护理干预对于降低母儿围产期并发症发生情况的临床价值。方法于2018年6月-2019年5月间在该院孕前建立档案的妊娠期糖尿病患者中随机抽取300例作为该次研究对象,按照随机数字表法将所有参与该次研究调查的患者平均分为对照组和实验组。对照组患者接受一般护理干预,实验组患者接受早期护理干预,对两组母儿围产期并发症发生情况及其护理满意率情况进行对比。结果对照组孕妇的合并高血压、感染、羊水过多、早产等并发症发生率6.00%与实验组的0.67%相比较高,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.621,P=0.010);对照组新生儿病理性黄疸、巨大儿、窒息、低血糖等并发症发生率6.00%相对于实验组的1.33%较高,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.624,P=0.032);同时在护理满意率方面,对照组低于实验组,实验组和对照组分别为96.67%、90.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.357,P=0.021)。结论早期护理干预能够有效改善妊娠期糖尿病母婴的妊娠结局,同时对于降低母儿围产期并发症发生率具有极其重要的作用。

Objective To analyze the clinical value of applying early nursing intervention in the care of gestational diabetes patients to reduce the incidence of perinatal complications in mothers and children.Methods From June 2018 to May 2019,300 cases of gestational diabetes patients who established archives in the hospital before pregnancy were randomly selected as the object of this study.According to the random number table method,all patients participating in this study survey were averaged.Divided into two groups,namely:the control group and the experimental group,the patients in the control group received general nursing intervention,the patients in the experimental group received early nursing intervention,and compared the incidence of perinatal complications and the satisfaction rate of nursing between the two groups.Results The incidence of complications such as hypertension,infection,polyhydramnios,and premature birth in the control group was 6.00%higher than 0.67%in the experimental group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=6.621,P=0.010);The incidence of complications such as pathological jaundice,macrosomia,asphyxia,and hypoglycemia in the control group was 6.00%higher than 1.33%in the experimental group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.624,P=0.032);In terms of nursing satisfaction rate,the control group was lower than the experimental group.The experimental group and the control group were 96.67%and 90.00%,respectively.The difference was statistically significanct(χ^2=5.357,P=0.021).Conclusion Early nursing intervention can effectively improve the pregnancy outcome of gestational diabetic mothers and infants.At the same time,it plays an extremely important role in reducing the incidence of perinatal complications in mothers and children.
