临床护理路径在腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术中的应用分析

目的分析临床护理路径在腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术中的应用效果。方法于2018年9月-2020年3月随机选取在该院接受腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术治疗的120例患者,按手术时间分为临床护理组与传统护理组,前60例应用临床护理方法,后60例应用常规护理方法,比较两组护理满意度、生活质量评分、治疗效果等。结果干预后,临床护理组护理满意度相较传统护理组更高,前者为93.33%,后者为80.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=3.353,P<0.05)。干预前,临床护理组和传统护理组生活质量评分出入不大,前者为(40.12±12.23)分,后者为(41.27±12.98)分(t=0.055,P>0.05);干预后,临床护理组生活质量评分相较传统护理组更好,前者为(56.34±13.34)分,后者为(48.35±11.23)分,差异有统计学意义(t=7.766,P<0.05)。干预前,临床护理组和传统护理组治疗效果出入不大;干预后,临床护理组治疗效果相较传统护理组更好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,临床护理组和传统护理组负面情绪评分出入不大;干预后,临床护理组负面情绪评分相较传统护理组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径在腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术中的应用更好。

Objective To analyze the effect of clinical nursing pathway in laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal.Methods From September 2018 to March 2020,120 patients randomly selected for laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy in this hospital were divided into clinical nursing group and traditional nursing group according to the operation time.The first 60 patients were treated with clinical nursing methods.Sixty patients applied conventional nursing methods to compare the nursing satisfaction,quality of life score and treatment effect of the two groups.Results After the intervention,the nursing satisfaction of the clinical nursing group was more higher than that of the traditional nursing group,the former was 93.33%,the latter was 80.00%,The difference was statistically significant(χ^2=3.353,P<0.05).Before the intervention,the quality of life scores of the clinical nursing group and the traditional nursing group were little different,the former was(40.12±12.23)points,the latter was(41.27±12.98)points(t=0.055,P>0.05);after the intervention,the quality of life of the clinical nursing group was better than the traditional nursing group,the former was(56.34±13.34)points,the latter was(48.35±11.23)points,The difference was statistically significant(t=7.766,P<0.05).Before the intervention,the treatment effect of the clinical nursing group and the traditional nursing group were little different;after the intervention,the treatment effect of the clinical nursing group was better than the traditional nursing group,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the intervention,the negative emotion scores of the clinical nursing group and the traditional nursing group were not much different;after the intervention,the negative emotion scores of the clinical nursing group were lower than those of the traditional nursing group,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of clinical nursing route in laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal is better.
