摘要
为推动油库物联网建设,完善油库关键生产作业数据的采集和应用,全面提升油库收发油作业效率,2018年油库试点实施铁路大鹤管车号识别项目。文章简单介绍了车号识别系统在大鹤管装车系统中的应用,主要包括:车号识别系统的组成、控制原理和数据传输等。最后,对油库结合自身运行实际利用现有管控一体化优势,将AEI信息跟踪与进路自动控制相结合,逐步替代现有人员手工抄录环节,缩短铁路装车准备时间,降低安全运行风险,进行了先期的探索。
In order to promote the construction of the Internet of things in oil depots,improve the collection and application of key production and operation data in oil depots,and comprehensively improve the efficiency of oil receiving and delivering operation in oil depots,An ATTS was piloted in oil depots in 2018.This paper briefly introduces the application of the ATIS in the loading system,which mainly includes the composition,control principle and data transmission.Finally,the terminal based on running the actual use of the existing control integration advantages,the AEI information tracking combined with route automatic control,gradually replace the manual operation,shorten the rail loading preparation time,reduce the safe operation of the risk,the exploration of the early.
