摘要 采用光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)和透射电镜(TEM)等方法研究了挤压前固溶处理对Mg-6Zn-1Mn-1.0Gd(ZMG611)合金显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:铸态ZMG611合金中的第二相主要为Mg3Zn6Gd(I相)和α-Mg固溶体,I相具有较高的热稳定性,相变温度大约为450℃;挤压前对合金进行固溶处理,部分第二相溶入基体,残留在基体上的第二相在挤压过程中被挤碎,呈细小的颗粒状弥撒分布在基体上,促进了挤压过程中的动态再结晶;经过时效处理后,挤压前固溶处理的合金表现出了良好的力学性能。 Effect of solid solution treatment prior to extrusion on microstructure and mechanical properties of Mg-6 Zn-1 Mn-1.0 Gd(ZMG611)alloy were investigated by means of optical microscope(OM),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The results show that the second phases of the as-cast ZMG611 alloy are mainly Mg3Zn6Gd(I phase)andα-Mg phases,and the Mg3Zn6Gd phase has high thermal stability and its phase transition temperature is about 450℃.Some of the second phase of the alloy after solid solution treatment prior to extrusion is dissolved into the matrix,the second phase remaining on the matrix is crushed during extrusion,and uniformly distributed in the matrix as fine granular shape,which promoted the dynamic recrystallization during extrusion.After aging treatment,the alloy after solid solution treatment prior to extrusion exhibits good mechanical properties.
