急诊手术治疗胆结石合并糖尿病的临床疗效探讨

The Clinical Effect of Emergency Surgery on Gallstones with Diabetes

目的探讨急诊手术治疗胆结石合并糖尿病的临床疗效。方法选取2017年1月—2019年8月期间该院收治的82例胆结石合并糖尿病患者作为探讨对象,采用双盲法将82例患者平均纳入对照组(实施常规治疗)和观察组(实施急诊手术治疗),对比两组治疗总有效率、血糖水平、并发症发生率。结果观察组与对照组治疗总有效率分别为97.56%和85.37%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前观察组和对照组血糖水平基本一致,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组餐前和餐后2 h血糖水平低于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组并发症发生率为4.88%,低于对照组的12.20%,但组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论急诊手术治疗胆结石合并糖尿病具有很好的临床疗效,可以提高患者疾病的治疗有效率,同时可以有效控制患者的血糖水平和并发症发生情况,具有较高的临床治疗价值。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of emergency surgery on gallstones combined with diabetes.Methods From January 2017 to August 2019,82 patients with gallstones and diabetes admitted to the hospital were selected as the object of investigation.The 82 patients were included in the control group(conventional treatment)and observation group(implementation emergency surgery)by double-blind method,comparing the total treatment efficiency,blood glucose level,and incidence of complications between the two groups.Results The total effective rates of treatment in the observation group and the control group were 97.56%and 85.37%,respectively,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The blood glucose levels of the observation group and the control group before treatment were basically the same,and there was no statistically significant difference between the groups(P>0.05).The blood glucose levels of the observation group before and after the meal 2 h after treatment were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group after treatment was 4.88%,which was lower than the control group's 12.20%.There was no statistically significant difference between the groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Emergency surgery for gallstones with diabetes has a good clinical effect,which can improve the treatment efficiency of patients'diseases,and can effectively control patients'blood glucose levels and complications.It has high clinical treatment value and should be widely used.
