二甲双胍联合SOX方案治疗2型糖尿病合并结直肠癌的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Metformin Combined with SOX Regimen in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes with Colorectal Cancer

目的以2型糖尿病合并结直肠癌患者作为研究对象,观察和评价患者应用二甲双胍与SOX方案联合治疗的效果。方法将随机抽取的2型糖尿病合并结直肠癌患者90例分成治疗组(n=45)与对比组(n=45),所选研究对象均自2017年11月—2018年10月在该院进行治疗,所有患者均采用SOX化疗方案,对比组患者联合应用磺脲类降糖药物治疗,治疗组患者联合应用二甲双胍治疗。结果治疗组肿瘤病灶总转移率20.00%,对比组肿瘤病灶总转移率37.78%,治疗组肿瘤病灶转移率低于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组各项血糖指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗组患者治疗后HbAlc、FPG、2 h PG等各项血糖指标水平均较对比组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论2型糖尿病合并结直肠癌患者联合应用二甲双胍及SOX方案可改善其血糖水平并能够有效控制病情进展。

Objective To take patients with type 2 diabetes and colorectal cancer as the research object,to observe and evaluate the effect of combined treatment of metformin and SOX regimen.Methods 90 randomly selected patients with type 2 diabetes and colorectal cancer were divided into a treatment group(n=45)and a control group(n=45).The selected study subjects were from November 2017 to October 2018 in the au patients were treated with SOX chemotherapy.The patients in the control group were treated with sulfonylurea drugs and the patients in the treatment group were treated with metformin.Results The total metastasis rate of tumor lesions in the treatment group was 20.00%,and that in the control group was 37.78%.The metastasis rate of tumor lesions in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in blood glucose indexes between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and the blood glucose levels of HbAlc,FPG,2 hPG and other patients in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined use of metformin and SOX regimen in patients with type 2 diabetes and colorectal cancer can improve their blood glucose levels and effectively control the progression of the disease.
