妇科疾病合并糖尿病的围手术期治疗效果分析

Analysis of Perioperative Treatment Effect of Gynecological Diseases Complicated with Diabetes

目的妇科疾病合并糖尿病患者围手术期治疗的临床效果分析。方法选取该院2017年1月—2019年1月收治的110例妇科疾病合并糖尿病患者,给予手术治疗,根据患者意愿分为观察组和对照组,每组55例,对照组接受围术期基础治疗,观察组患者接受综合治疗。对比两组治疗效果,包括患者并发症发生率、住院时间、初次下床活动时间、术前血糖、术中血糖和术后血糖波动值。结果观察组并发症发生率为9.09%(5/55),对照组为21.82%(12/55),两组差异有统计学意义(χ^2=10.152,P<0.05)。观察组患者住院时间、初次下床活动时间较短,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者血糖水平稳定,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妇科疾病合并糖尿病患者,围手术期接受综合治疗,可降低并发症发生率和住院时间、初次下床活动时间,患者围术期血糖水平也较稳定。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of perioperative treatment of patients with gynecological diseases and diabetes.Methods 110 patients with gynecological diseases complicated with diabetes admitted in the hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected for surgical treatment.They were divided into an observation group and a control group according to the wishes of the patients.Each group had 55 patients.The control group received perioperative basis treatment,patients in the observation group received comprehensive treatment.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared,including the incidence of complications,the length of hospital stay,the time of the first out of bed activity,the preoperative blood glucose,intraoperative blood glucose and postoperative blood glucose fluctuations.Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was 9.09%(5/55)and that in the control group was 21.82%(12/55).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ^2=10.152,P<0.05).The patients in the observation group were hospitalized for a short time,and the time for the first time to get out of bed was short.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The blood glucose level of the observation group was stable,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with gynecological diseases and diabetes who receive comprehensive treatment during the perioperative period can reduce the incidence of complications,hospitalization time,and time for the first out of bed.The perioperative blood glucose level is also stable.
