糖化血红蛋白与血脂检测在2型糖尿病检测中的临床应用分析 被引量:9

摘要 目的分析糖化血红蛋白与血脂检测在2型糖尿病检测中的临床应用。方法选择时间段在2017年1月—2019年10月该院收治的268例糖尿病患者,设为实验组,另选择同时期体检结果无糖尿病人员268名,设为参照组,均实施糖化血红蛋白与血脂检测,对比检测结果。结果糖化血红蛋白测试结果比较,实验组均高于参照组,血脂测试结果比较,实验组HDL-C低于参照组,TC、TG、LDL-C则高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病患者疾病检查中联合使用糖化血红蛋白与血脂检测,与未发病患者相比,差异显著,可见糖化血红蛋白、血脂与疾病存在密切联系,可以为诊断、治疗、预后提供数据资料。 Objective To analyze the clinical application of glycated hemoglobin and blood lipid detection in the detection of type 2 diabetes.Methods 268 patients with diabetes admitted from January 2017 to October 2019 were selected as the experimental group,and 268 patients without diabetes during the same period of physical examination were selected as the reference group.All of them were tested for glycated hemoglobin and blood lipids,compare test results.Results Compared with the results of glycated hemoglobin test,the experimental group was higher than the reference group,and the blood lipid test results were compared,the experimental group HDL-C was lower than the reference group,TC,TG,LDL-C were higher than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined use of glycated hemoglobin and blood lipid detection in the disease examination of diabetic patients is significantly different from that of patients without disease.It can be seen that glycated hemoglobin,blood lipid and disease are closely related,which can provide data for diagnosis,treatment and prognosis.
