摘要
目的探究糖尿病肾病诊断过程中,多项尿蛋白的检验诊断价值。方法从该院2018年11月—2019年11月期间,收治的120例糖尿病患者以及80名身体健康的人作为该次活动的主要研究对象。在该次研究中对研究患者进行放射免疫法来检测4项尿蛋白的水平。分别有Alb(尿清蛋白)、Tammy-Horsfall蛋白(T-H蛋白)、α1-m(α1微球蛋白)、β2-m(β2微球蛋白)的数值水平,同时对研究对象的样本采用酶联免疫吸附检验其RBP(黄醇结合蛋白)的具体含量。结果通过试验对比分析发现,患有糖尿病肾病的患者尿中Alb(尿清蛋白)、α1-m(α1微球蛋白)、β2-m(β2微球蛋白)和RBP(黄醇结合蛋白)都要比健康人高出许多,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),而糖尿病患者的Tammy-Horsfall蛋白(T-H蛋白)要比健康人低出许多,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。尿RBP的水平同Alb之间关系为正相关(r=0.43,P<0.05)。伴随糖尿病患者肾病的病变发展,使得多项尿蛋白的水平异常变化越来越明显。结论通过多项尿蛋白的检验有利于帮助糖尿病患者诊断出具体的病变部位以及病变的程度。
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of multiple urine protein tests during the diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy.Methods From November 2018 to November 2019 in the hospital,120 diabetic patients and 80 healthy people were treated as the main research object of this activity study.In this study,radioimmunoassay was performed on the study patients to detect the levels of four urine proteins.There are numerical levels of Alb(urinary albumin),Tammy-Horsfall protein(TH protein),α1-m(α1 microglobulin),β2-m(β2 microglobulin),and enzyme-linked specific content of RBP(flavonol binding protein)was tested by immunosorbent assay.Results Through comparative analysis of experiments,it was found that Alb(urinary albumin),α1-m(α1 microglobulin),β2-m(β2 microglobulin)and RBP(flavonol binding protein)in the urine of patients with diabetic nephropathy It is much higher than that of healthy people,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),and the Tammy-Horsfall protein(TH protein)of diabetic patients is much lower than that of healthy people,and the difference was very obvious,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The relationship between urine RBP level and Alb was positively correlated(r=0.43,P<0.05).With the development of kidney disease in diabetic patients,the abnormal changes in a number of urine protein levels have become more and more obvious.Conclusion Multiple urine protein tests are helpful for diabetic patients to diagnose the specific lesion location and the extent of the lesion.
