摘要
目的探究化雄汤联合他达拉非治疗肥胖症糖尿病并伴有勃起功能障碍的效果。方法选择2017年9月—2019年9月75例在该院治疗的肥胖症糖尿病并伴有勃起功能障碍患者作为研究对象,随机分为3组,每组25例。A组常规降糖联用化雄汤治疗;B组常规降糖联用他达拉非治疗;C组常规降糖加他达拉非联合化雄汤治疗。观察3组患者的治疗效果、不良反应发生率。结果C组患者总有效率(80.00%)明显高于A组(48.00%)及B组(44.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论化雄汤联合他达拉非明显提高肥胖症糖尿病并伴有勃起功能障碍患者治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the effect of Huaxiong decoction combined with tadanafil in treating obesity and diabetes with erectile dysfunction.Methods Seventy-five patients with obesity and diabetes mellitus and erectile dysfunction treated from September 2017 to September 2019 in the hospital were selected as the research subjects,and randomly divided into three groups,25 cases each.Group A conventional hypoglycemic therapy combined with Huaxiong decoction;Group B conventional hypoglycemic therapy combined with tadalafil;group C conventional hypoglycemic therapy plus tadanafil combined with Huaxiong decoction.Observe the treatment effect and the incidence of adverse reactions in the three groups of patients.Results The total effective rate of patients in group C(80.00%)was significantly higher than that in group A(48.00%)and group B(44.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Huaxiong decoction combined with tadalafil can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of obese diabetic patients with erectile dysfunction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
