格列美脲联合沙格列汀治疗2型糖尿病临床效果与不良反应分析

Analysis of Clinical Effects and Adverse Reactions of Glimepiride Combined with Saxagliptin in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes

目的分析格列美脲联合沙格列汀治疗2型糖尿病临床效果与不良反应分析。方法选择2018年6月—2019年6月该院收治2型糖尿病患者88例,按随机数表分为两组,对照组44例给予沙格列汀治疗,研究组44例给予格列美脲联合沙格列汀治疗,对两组临床效果与不良反应进行比较。结果对照组总有效低于研究组95.45%(P<0.05);研究组空腹血糖(6.18±1.03)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖(9.47±1.43)mmol/L以及糖化血红蛋白比对照组优(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率为9.09%,对照组为11.36%,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论格列美脲联合沙格列汀治疗2型糖尿病患者,可减少不良反应发生,能改善患者血糖指标,应用效果显著。

Objective To analyze the clinical effects and adverse reactions of glimepiride combined with saxagliptin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes.Methods From June 2018 to June 2019,88 patients with type 2 diabetes were admitted to our hospital.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table,44 patients in the control group were treated with saxagliptin,and 44 patients in the study group were given glimepiride combined with saxagliptin treatment,the clinical effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the control group was lower than that of the study group by 95.45%(P<0.05);the fasting blood glucose of the study group(6.18±1.03)mmol/L,the 2 h postprandial blood glucose(9.47±1.43)mmol/L and the ratio of glycated hemoglobin was more excellent than the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 9.09%,and that in the control group was 11.36%.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Glimepiride combined with saxagliptin in the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes can reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,improve patients'blood glucose indexes,and have a significant application effect.
