中药足浴配合穴位按摩护理在糖尿病足患者中的应用体会

Application Experience of Chinese Medicine Foot Bath and Acupoint Massage Nursing in Patients with Diabetic Foot

目的探究中药足浴配合穴位按摩护理在糖尿病足患者中的应用体会。方法以该院治疗的72例糖尿病足患者为观察对象,于2018年2月—2019年10月入院,依据数字随机法分为对照组(n=34,常规护理)与观察组(n=38,中药足浴配合穴位按摩护理)。比较两组临床疗效及治疗前、后的ABI、足部神经筛查、局部组织中的血清碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)的积分变化。结果观察组临床治疗效果高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组的ABI、bFGF水平高于对照组,其足部神经筛查情况低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用中药足浴配合穴位按摩护理,可有效改善糖尿病足患者的局部炎症,提高临床治疗效果。

Objective To explore the application experience of traditional Chinese medicine foot bath combined with acupoint massage nursing in patients with diabetic foot.Methods 72 patients with diabetic foot treated in the hospital were observed.They were admitted from February 2018 to October 2019,and were divided into a control group(n=34,routine nursing)and an observation group(n=38,Chinese medicine foot bath combined with acupressure massage care).The clinical efficacy and the ABI before and after treatment,foot nerve screening,and serum basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF)score changes in local tissues were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical treatment effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the ABI and bFGF levels of the observation group were higher than that of the control group,and the foot nerve screening was lower than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The use of Chinese medicine foot bath combined with acupressure massage care can effectively improve the local inflammation of diabetic foot patients and improve the clinical treatment effect.
