观察2型糖尿病合并脑卒中患者饮食治疗的护理效果和对患者生活质量的影响 被引量:1

Observing the Effect of Diet Therapy on Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Complicated with Stroke and Its Impact on the Quality of Life of Patients

摘要 目的探究对2型糖尿病合并脑卒中患者实施饮食治疗的护理效果。方法随机将2016年2月—2019年2月该院64例2型糖尿病合并脑卒中患者分为对照组(32例,应用常规护理干预)、实验组(32例,应用饮食治疗干预)。均随访3个月,对比两组患者血糖水平、生活质量评分及护理满意度。结果实验组干预后血糖水平较对照组更低,且生活质量评分较对照组更高(P<0.05);实验组护理满意度(96.88%)高于对照组(78.13%)(P<0.05)。结论对2型糖尿病合并脑卒中患者实施饮食治疗切实可行,具有较好的护理效果,可有效改善其生活质量,有效改善患者血糖水平,并有助于增加患者对生活的满意度,且有助于丰富护理工作,对增加医院整体服务质量具有积极意义。 Objective To explore the nursing effect of diet therapy on patients with type 2 diabetes and stroke.Methods From February 2016 to February 2019,64 patients with type 2 diabetes and stroke in the hospital were randomly divided into a control group(32 cases with routine nursing intervention)and an experimental group(32 cases with diet therapy intervention).All patients were followed up for 3 months to compare the blood glucose level,quality of life score and nursing satisfaction of the two groups.Results The blood glucose level of the experimental group after intervention was lower than that of the control group,and the quality of life score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the experimental group(96.88%)was higher than that of the control group(78.13%)(P<0.05).Conclusion It is feasible and practical to implement diet therapy for patients with type 2 diabetes and stroke,which has good nursing effects,can effectively improve their quality of life,effectively improve patients'blood glucose levels,and help increase patients'satisfaction with life,and help to enrich the nursing work,which has a positive significance for increasing the overall hospital service quality.
