摘要
目的探讨综合护理在老年糖尿病患者中的临床价值。方法将该院2018年8月—2019年8月收治的80例老年糖尿病患者纳入研究中,将其按照奇偶数分组模式将其分成两组。对照组(n=40)实施常规护理,研究组(n=40)在此基础上实施综合护理,比较两组的护理效果。结果两组护理前后的血糖指标对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且护理后研究组的血糖指标比对照组改善更明显(P<0.05)。研究组护理后的遵医嘱依从性率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合护理应用于老年糖尿病患者的护理工作中,能够提高患者的治疗依从性,有效控制血糖水平。
Objective To explore the clinical value of comprehensive nursing in elderly patients with diabetes.Methods 80 elderly diabetic patients admitted to from August 2018 to August 2019 the hospital were included in this group of studies.They were divided into two groups according to the odd-even grouping mode.The control group(n=40)implemented routine nursing,and the research group(n=40)implemented comprehensive nursing on this basis,and compared the nursing effects of the two groups.Results There was statistically significant difference between the two groups before and after the blood glucose index(P<0.05),and the blood glucose index of the study group after nursing was improved more than the control group(P<0.05).The compliance rate in the study group after nursing care was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing applied in the care of elderly diabetic patients can improve the patient's treatment compliance and effectively control blood glucose levels.
