糖尿病伴溃疡性结肠炎的综合护理效果

Comprehensive Nursing Effect of Diabetes with Ulcerative Colitis

目的探讨糖尿病伴溃疡性结肠炎患者采取综合护理的效果。方法抽取2018年6月—2019年6月在该院接受治疗的糖尿病伴溃疡性结肠炎78例为研究对象,按照随机数表法将其平均分为两组,即对照组与实验组,两组患者均为39例。对照组行常规护理,实验组行综合护理,对比两组患者护理效果、空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖变化情况。结果实验组患者护理总有效率94.87%高于对照组79.48%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.129,P<0.05);实验组患者空腹血糖(5.33±0.36)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖(8.36±0.64)mmol/L低于对照组(7.22±0.58)mmol/L、(12.36±0.61)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(t=5.376、5.874,P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病伴溃疡性结肠炎患者行综合护理效果显著,能够提高护理总有效率,降低患者的空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖浓度。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive care for patients with diabetes and ulcerative colitis.Methods A total of 78 diabetic patients with ulcerative colitis treated in the hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research object,and they were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,that is,the control group and the experimental group.There were 39 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the experimental group received comprehensive nursing,comparing the effects of nursing care,fasting blood glucose and blood glucose changes at 2 hours after the meal between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of nursing in the experimental group was 94.87%higher than that in the control group,79.48%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.257,P<0.05);the fasting blood glucose of the experimental group was(8.36±0.64)mmol/L,lower than the control group(7.22±0.58)mmol/L,(12.36±0.61)mmol/L,the difference was statistically significant(t=5.376,5.874,P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of comprehensive nursing on patients with diabetes and ulcerative colitis is significant,which can improve the overall effectiveness of nursing,reduce the patients'fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose concentration.
