个性化护理在老年糖尿病患者静脉采血中的应用分析

Analysis of the Application of Personalized Nursing in the Venous Blood Collection of Elderly Diabetic Patients

目的探究在糖尿病患者静脉采血中采用个性化护理的临床效果。方法选择医院静脉采血的老年糖尿病患者共计130例,于2018年1月—2019年10月随机将130例患者均分成观察组(个性化护理干预)和对照组(常规护理干预)。比较两组空腹血糖(FPG)、舒适度、不良反应发生率。结果护理前,观察组和对照组FPG相近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组和对照组FPG均有改善,观察组FPG低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组各项舒适度评分均高于对照组,观察组不良反应发生率为13.85%,低于对照组的29.23%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在静脉采血的老年糖尿病患者实施个性化护理,能够降低患者血压异常率和不良反应,提高护理满意度。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of using personalized nursing in venous blood collection of diabetic patients.Methods A total of 130 elderly diabetic patients with venous blood sampling in hospital from January 2018 to October 2019 were selected,and 130 patients were randomly divided into observation group(personalized nursing intervention)and control group(conventional nursing intervention).Fasting blood glucose(FPG),comfort,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,the FPG in the observation group and the control group were similar,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after nursing,the FPG in the observation group and the control group improved,and the FPG in the observation group was lower than the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after nursing,the observation group’s various comfort scores were higher than the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 13.85%,lower than the control group’s 29.23%,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing personalized care for elderly diabetic patients with venous blood collection can reduce the abnormal rate of blood pressure and adverse reactions,and improve the satisfaction of nursing.
