糖尿病护理小组在糖尿病患儿临床护理中的作用分析

Analysis of the Role of Diabetes Care Team in Clinical Nursing of Diabetic Patients

目的探讨糖尿病护理小组在糖尿病患儿临床护理中的作用分析。方法将2017年1月—2019年12月在该院内分泌科治疗的60例糖尿病患儿随机分为两组,对照组使用常规护理,观察组使用糖尿病护理小组,对比两组的血糖控制情况、糖尿病知识及行为习惯得分、护理满意率。结果观察组护理后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组糖尿病知识、并发症防治认识、饮食控制、运动锻炼、服药依从性等评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病护理小组在糖尿病患儿临床护理中的作用显著,能提高血糖控制效果,提升糖尿病知识掌握程度,改善行为习惯,提高护理满意率,具有积极的临床意义。

Objective To explore the role of diabetes care team in clinical care of diabetic patients.Methods Randomly divide 60 cases of diabetic children who were treated in the endocrinology department of the hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 into two groups.Diabetes knowledge and behavior habits score,nursing satisfaction rate.Results The fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose levels of the observation group after nursing were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the observation group had significantly higher scores for diabetes knowledge,awareness of complications prevention,diet control,exercise,and medication compliance,higher than the control group(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The diabetes care team has a significant role in the clinical care of diabetic patients.It can improve the blood glucose control effect,improve the knowledge of diabetes,improve behavior and habits,and improve the satisfaction rate of nursing.It has positive clinical significance.
