胰岛素泵在糖尿病强化治疗中的应用及护理

Application and Nursing of Insulin Pump in Intensive Treatment of Diabetes

目的针对糖尿病患者采用胰岛素泵进行强化治疗,并采用优质护理方案加以护理,分析其护理效果。方法选取该院2019年2月—2020年1月收治的糖尿病患者86例作为该次研究的对象,按照随机的方式分成两组,对照组和实验组每组患者43例。两组患者均采用胰岛素泵进行强化治疗,实验组患者在此基础上通过优质护理方案进行护理,对照组则单纯采用常规护理方案,对比两组患者的护理满意度、血糖控制效果、住院时间。结果对比结果显示,实验组患者护理满意度为100.00%(43/43),对照组为83.72%(36/43),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=7.620,P=0.000<0.05);实验组患者血糖控制效果显著优于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于采用胰岛素泵进行强化治疗的糖尿病患者,通过优质护理方案护理,能够进一步改善患者的血糖水平,促进患者恢复,改善患者的生活质量。

Objective Intensive treatment of diabetes patients with insulin pump,and use high-quality nursing program to care,analyze the nursing effect.Methods 86 patients with diabetes admitted to the hospital from February 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the object of this study,and were divided into two groups in a random manner,with 43 patients in each group in the control group and the experimental group.The patients in the two groups were treated with insulin pumps for intensive treatment.The patients in the experimental group were treated with high-quality nursing programs on the basis,and the patients in the control group were simply given conventional nursing programs to compare the nursing satisfaction,blood glucose control effect,and hospital stay of the patients in the two groups.Results Comparison results showed that the nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 100.00%(43/43),the control group was 83.72%(36/43),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=7.620,P=0.000<0.05);the experimental group of the blood glucose control effect of the patients was significantly better than that of the control group,and the hospitalization time was shorter than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For diabetic patients undergoing intensive treatment with insulin pumps,nursing through high-quality nursing programs can further improve their blood glucose levels,promote their recovery,and improve their quality of life.
