糖尿病周围神经病变的临床和电生理特点研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的探究糖尿病周围神经病变的电生理特点,并分析其特点与患者血糖水平之间的关系。方法选择该院2018年6月—2019年11月期间收治的患者(n=62)为研究对象,对患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,所有患者均接受肌电图检查,进而对患者电生理指标与血糖水平之间的相关性予以分析。结果62例患者运动神经异常率为35.9%;感觉神经异常率为68.9%;且感觉传导速度异常率为32.7%,感觉神经动作电位波幅下降率为62.7%;此外,在神经运动传导速度减慢和感觉传导速度减慢方面,餐后2 h血糖≥11.1 mmol/L组别数据均高于餐后2 h血糖<11.1 mmol/L组。结论糖尿病周围神经病变的电生理特点为感觉传导速度减慢和神经动作电位波幅下降,其电生理指标与患者血糖水平之间具有密切联系。 Objective To explore the electrophysiological characteristics of diabetic peripheral neuropathy,and to analyze the relationship between the characteristics and blood glucose levels of patients.Methods The patients(n=62)admitted in the hospital from June 2018 to November 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and the clinical data of the patients were retrospectively analyzed.All patients underwent electromyography examination,and then the correlation between physiological indexes and blood glucose levels was analyzed.Results The abnormal rate of motor nerves was 35.9%in 62 patients sensory nerves was 68.9%.The difference was significantly different and had statistical significance(χ2=108.706,P=0.000);and the sensory conduction velocity of abnormality rate was 32.7%,and the rate of decrease in the amplitude of sensory nerve action potential was 62.7%.In terms of slowing down,the blood glucose 2 h postprandial blood glucose≥11.1 mmol/L group data was higher than the 2 h postprandial blood glucose<11.1 mmol/L group data.Conclusion The electrophysiological characteristics of diabetic peripheral neuropathy are slower sensory conduction velocity and decreased amplitude of nerve action potential.There is a close relationship between the electrophysiological indicators and the blood glucose level of patients.
