摘要
准噶尔盆地南缘山前构造四棵树凹陷下组合吐谷鲁群组下部和头屯河组存在高压油气层,吐谷鲁群上部三开套管鞋处承压能力低,密度高于2.41 g/cm^3井漏,低于2.37g/cm^3气侵溢流,形成了窄密度窗口,严重的影响了钻井安全。本文通过对高探1井四开吐谷鲁群组下部和头屯河组地层钻井液安全密度窗口分析,及精细控压钻井应用情况进行分析,针对准噶尔盆地南缘山前构造下组合地层窄密度窗口的难题,精细控压钻井技术通过控制井底压力在安全窗口范围内,有效降低复杂,提高钻井时效。
There are high-pressure oil and gas layers in the lower part of the Tugulu Group and the Toutunhe Formation in the lower Tugulu Group of the Sikeshu Sag in the piedmont structure on the southern margin of the Junggar Basin.The upper three-casing shoes in the Tugulu Group have low pressure bearing capacity and Lost circulation will occurs when driliing fluid density is higher than 2.41 g/cm^3,gas will overflow when driliing fluid density is below 2.37 g/cm^3,forming a narrow density window,seriously affecting drilling safety.In this paper,through the analysis of the safety density window of the drilling fluid in the lower part of the tugulu Group and the Toutunhe Group of Well Gaotan 1,and the application of fine pressure-controlled drilling,Aims at the narrow density window of the combined strata below the piedmont structure in the southern margin of the Junggar Basin,fine pressure controlled drilling technology effectively reduces complexity and improves drilling efficiency by controlling the bottom hole pressure within the safety window.
