塔河油田超深裸眼井冲砂防垮塌一体化技术应用

摘要 塔河油田为奥陶系碳酸盐岩超深、超稠油油藏,完井方式主要以裸眼完井为主,其中75%利用酸压改造建产,生产期间注水、注气等增产措施影响,油井出现频繁垮塌现象,需要进行冲砂治理作业,严重制约油井正常开发和成本控制。面对超深裸眼井垮塌治理成本高、难度大、周期长、多次重复处理的问题,应用固壁冲砂工艺配合可钻磨防垮塌管柱一体化工艺技术,现场已应用4井次,目前均稳定生产,减少了重复垮塌,一体化工艺技术的应用意味着超深裸眼井垮塌处理从被动治理转向防治结合的新阶段。 The Tahe Oilfield is an ultra-deep and ultra-heavy carbonate reservoir,the completion method is mainly open hole completion,75%of the production is reconstructed by acid fracturing.Due to the effect on water injection,gas injection and other stimulation measures during production,the frequent collapse phenomenon appears in the oil well,so sand flushing operations are required,and serious constraints on the normal development of oil wells and cost control are also needed.Faced with the problems of high cost,difficulty,long period and repeated treatment for the collapse of ultra-deep open hole well,integrated technology of drilling and grinding anti-collapse pipe string with combination of solid wall sand-washing technology are applied.Four wells have been used in the field,at present,production has been stable and repeated collapses have been reduced.The application of integrated technology means a new stage in which the collapse treatment of ultra-deep open hole is progressed from passive treatment to preventive treatment.
