Analysis of Trend oflocal Anti-glaucoma Drugs Use

目的:查阅全国各家医院发表的抗青光眼用药分析文献,在大数据下分析抗青光眼药的使用特点和趋势。方法:回顾性分析2005—2018年全国抗青光眼用药分析文献的用药情况。分析各家医院各类青光眼的处方频次构成比,用药频度及其构成比,限定日费用以及联合用药情况。结果:全国各家医院β-肾上腺素受体阻断剂和拟胆碱能类药物处方频次构成比和用药频度呈逐年下降的趋势;前列腺素衍生物类药物呈上升趋势;α2肾上腺素受体激动剂、碳酸酐酶抑制剂处方构成比和用药频度较为平稳;前列腺素衍生物类药物限定日费用排名首位;联合用药比例逐年增多;固定联合制剂有着广阔的发展前景。结论:全国各家医院抗青光眼用药使用情况基本一致,符合国际抗青光眼指南及国内青光眼用药专家共识的要求。

Objective:Review the literature on anti-glaucoma drugs published by various hospitals in China,and analyze the characteristics and trends of the use of anti-glaucoma drugs based on big data.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on the drug use of anti-glaucoma drugs in the national literature from 2005 to 2018.To analyze the composition of glaucoma prescription frequency,medication frequency and composition ratio,limited daily cost and combined medication in various hospitals.Results:The ratio and frequency of prescription ofβ-adrenergic receptor blockers and cholinergicdrugs decreased year by year.Prostaglandin derivatives are on the rise.The prescription composition and frequency ofα2 adrenergic receptor agonist and carbonic anhydrase inhibitor were stable.The limited daily cost of prostaglandin derivatives ranked first.The proportion of combined drugs increased year by year.Fixed combination preparation has a broad developmentprospect.Conclusion:The use of anti-glaucoma drugs in various hospitals in China is basically consistent with the international guidelines on anti-glaucoma and the consensus of experts on glaucoma drugs in China.
