京津冀协同发展背景下石保廊城市链的构建

石保廊城市链将京津与石家庄连接在一起,成为京津冀腹地内贯通南北的经济动脉,石保廊城市链的构建有其区域经济学上的理论依据。定安片区、保定市和雄安新区等都是石保廊城市链上的重要节点中心地。在完善石保廊城市链的过程中需要为其未来发展预留出空间,并且要在定安片区、霸州市+永清县、高蠡博区等区域内前瞻性地构建城市团,发展石保廊城市链上的重要节点中心地,同时,将以正定县为核心的区域作为石家庄向北伸展的触手。石保廊城市链可以通过保定市主城区构建,也可以经过高蠡博区构建,后者完善成本较高,但能够带动更多乡镇中心地发展,同时也能加快宁安片区的发展速度,将宁安片区发展成连接保定市主城区、石家庄市、衡水市和沧州市的纽带,有利于完善石家庄“第三极”的发展格局。

Shijiazhuang-Baoding-Langfang urban corridor connects Beijing,Tianjin and Shijiazhuang and becomes an economic artery running from north to south in the hinterland of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.The construction of Shijiazhuang-Baoding-Langfang urban corridor has its theoretical basis in regional economics.Ding’an Area,Baoding City and Xiong’an New Area are the important nodes and centers on the Shijiazhuang-Baoding-Langfang urban corridor.In the process of perfecting Shijiazhuang-Baoding-Langfang urban corridor,we need to set aside space for its future development,and need to build a proactive urban group in Ding’an Area,Bazhou City+Yongqing County,Gaolibo District,so as to develop into an important node and center of Shijiazhuang-Baoding-Langfang urban corridor.At the same time,the area with Zhengding County as the core will be the tentacle extending north of Shijiazhuang.Shijiazhuang-Baoding-Langfang urban corridor can be built from the main district of Baoding City,or from Gaolibo District,the latter has a high cost,but it can drive the development of more town centers.At the same time,it can also improve the development of Ning’an Area,and develop Ning’an Area into a link connecting the main urban area of Baoding,Shijiazhuang,Hengshui and Cangzhou,which is conducive to improving the development pattern of Shijiazhuang’s“third pole”.
