Design and Application of Traceability Management System for Medical High Value Consumables

目的:研究设计医用高值耗材追溯管理系统,方便物资科对于医用耗材的管理。方法:以系统功能模块、业务流程模块、查询分析模块以及追溯管理模块为基础,设计了综合性的耗材追溯管理系统。结果:通过条形码功能可实现高值耗材基本信息与患者使用信息的对接,追溯准确,安全性高。结论:通过条形码追溯管理系统让高值耗材的使用和采购实现了闭环精准管控。

Objective:To study and design the traceability management system of medical high value consumables,so as to facilitate the management of medical consumables in material department.Methods:Based on the system function module,business process module,query analysis module and traceability management module,a comprehensive consumables traceability management system was designed.Results:The basic information of high value consumables can be connected with the patient’s using information through the bar code function.The tracing is accurate and the safety is high.Conclusion:It is discussed that the use and purchase of high-value consumables can be controlled accurately by bar code tracing management system.
