摘要
目的:研究颈椎病患者在早期应用DR、CT、MRI三种影像技术的临床诊断价值。方法:研究对象主要为本院收治的80例颈椎病患者,研究时间具体为2019年1月~2019年12月,给予所有患者DR、CT、MRI三种影像技术诊断,并结合临床症状,对比分析这三种影像学检查方法的表现。结果:在颈椎曲度异常、颈椎间隙狭窄中,三种影像技术的诊断准确率为MRI>DR>CT,经统计学对比分析得出:差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在钩突增生、小关节突增生、骨性椎管狭窄、椎体后缘骨赘形成中,三种影像技术的诊断准确率为MRI>CT>DR(P<0.05)。结论:颈椎病患者在早期应用DR、CT、MRI三种影像技术均可以发挥临床作用,均可以为后期治疗提供依据,但整体来看MRI的诊断准确率更高。
Objective:To study the clinical diagnosis value of cervical spondylosis patients using DR,CT and MRI in the early stage.Methods:The study subjects were 80 patients with cervical spondylosis treated in our hospital.The study period was January 2019 to December 2019.All patients were diagnosed with DR,CT,and MRI imaging techniques,and the clinical symptoms were compared and analyzed The performance of three imaging methods.Results:In the abnormal curvature of cervical spine and the narrowing of cervical intervertebral space,the diagnostic accuracy of the three imaging techniques was MRI>DR>CT,and the statistical comparison analysis showed that the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);In the facet joint hyperplasia,osseous spinal stenosis,and osteophyte formation at the posterior margin of the vertebral body,the diagnostic accuracy of the three imaging techniques was MRI>CT>DR(P<0.05).Conclusion:The early application of DR,CT,and MRI imaging techniques for patients with cervical spondylosis can play a clinical role and can provide a basis for later treatment.However,the overall diagnosis accuracy of MRI is higher and should be vigorously promoted and used.
