摘要
目的:讨论生物电反馈电刺激盆底肌肉训练治疗慢性盆腔疼痛综合征50例临床观察。方法:实验组选取本院治疗的慢性盆腔疼痛综合征的患者50例,使用生物电反馈电刺激盆底肌肉训练治疗,对照组选取同期的慢性盆腔疼痛综合征的患者50例,使用塞来昔布治疗。结果:对照组中有18.00%的患者达到痊愈的标准,有30.00%的患者达到显效的标准,有34.00%的患者达到有效的标准,有18.00%的患者没有达到有效的标准;在实验组中有46.00%的患者达到痊愈的标准,有22.00%的患者达到显效的标准,有30.00%的患者达到有效的标准,有2.00%的患者没有达到有效的标准;差异较大(P<0.05)。在实验组中有1例患者出现头晕的情况,有1例患者出现食欲不振的情况,有1例患者出现恶心呕吐的情况;对照组中有5例患者出现头晕的情况,有3例患者出现食欲不振的情况,有5例患者出现恶心呕吐的情况;差异较大(P<0.05)。实验组中有4.00%的患者表示不满意,有32.00%的患者表示满意,有64.00%的患者表示非常满意;对照组中有16.00%的患者表示不满意,有34.00%的患者表示满意,有50.00%的患者表示非常满意;差异较大(P<0.05)。结论:在慢性盆腔疼痛综合征的患者中使用生物电反馈电刺激盆底肌肉训练治疗,可以提高治疗效果,减少不良反应发生率,提高满意率,具有重要的临床价值。
Objective:To discuss the clinical observation of 50 cases of chronic pelvic pain syndrome treated with electro-biofeedback electrical stimulation of pelvic floor muscle training.Methods:The experimental group selected 50 patients with chronic pelvic pain syndrome treated in our hospital and 50 patients with chronic pelvic pain syndrome treated with celecoxib in the control group.Results:18.00% of the patients in the control group met the standard of recovery,30% of the patients met the standard of significant effect,34.00% met the effective standard,and 18.00% did not reach the effective standard in the experimental group,46.00% of the patients met the standard of recovery,22.00% met the standard of significant effect,30.00% met the effective standard,and 2.00% did not meet the effective standard;the difference was large(P<0.05).In the experimental group,three cases of loss of appetite and five cases of nausea and vomiting.(P<0.05).In the experimental group,4.00% were dissatisfied,32.00% were satisfied,and 64.00% were very satisfied.In the control group,16.00% were dissatisfied,34.00% were satisfied,and 50.00% were very satisfied.Conclusion:Electro-biofeedback electrical stimulation of pelvic floor muscle training in patients,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and improve the satisfaction rate,which has important clinical value.
