经皮椎间孔镜治疗腰椎间盘突出症研究进展

Research Progress in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation with Percutaneous Foramen

目前多数的腰椎间盘突出症均可以通过保守治疗得到有效缓解,但是对于部分保守治疗不见效的患者需要进行手术治疗。传统开放手术具有创伤大以及患者术后康复慢等不足,微创手术虽然可以有效克服传统开放手术治疗中存在的问题,但是其对于巨大突出以及伴神经根狭窄等特殊类型腰椎间盘突出症难以取得理想的效果。近些年随着脊柱外科内镜辅助技术不断发展,经皮椎间孔镜技术可以对各种特殊类型腰椎间盘突出症进行有效治疗,效果显著,因此受到人们的广泛关注。很多学者关于经皮椎间孔镜治疗腰椎间盘突出症也开展了一系列研究,本文将这些研究进展进行综述。

Most of the lumbar disc herniation can be effectively relieved by conservative treatment,but for some patients who are not effective conservative treatment,surgical treatment is needed.Traditional open surgery has many disadvantages,such as large trauma and slow postoperative recovery.Although minimally invasive surgery can effectively overcome the problems existing in the traditional open surgery,it is difficult to achieve ideal results for the special types of lumbar disc herniation such as huge protrusion and nerve root stenosis.In recent years,with the continuous development of endoscopic assistant technology in spine surgery,percutaneous foraminal endoscopy technology can effectively treat various special types of lumbar disc herniation,which has been widely concerned.Many scholars have also carried out a series of research on the treatment of lumbar disc herniation by percutaneous intervertebral foramen.
