探讨发散式体外冲击波治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效

Clinical Analysis of Divergent Extracorporeal Shock Wave Therapy in the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis

目的:探讨分析体外冲击波疗法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:选择2016年5月~2018年4月来本院就诊的40例膝关节骨性关节炎患者平均分为观察组和对照组,每组各20例。为观察组患者采用体外冲击波疗法,为对照组患者采用玻璃酸钠注射治疗。比较两组患者在治疗前及治疗后4周、12周VAS评分、WOMAC评分及治疗的总有效率。结果:治疗后,观察组的VAS评分和WOMAC评分均低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗的总有效率高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:通过体外冲击波疗法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎,临床疗效明显、减轻痛苦,安全可靠。

Objective:To analyze the extracorporeal shock wave therapy for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods:From May 2016 to April 2018,40 cases of knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into observation group and control group,20 cases respectively.The control group were treated by sodium hyaluronate injection,while the observation group were treated by extracorporeal shock wave therapy.Then compared two groups of VAS,WOMAC and total effective rate before treatment and after for 4weeks,12weeks.Results:After treatment,the observed VAS scores and WOMAC scores were lower than the control group patients(P<0.05).Total effective rate of the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05)as well.Conclusion:Divergent extracorporeal shock wave therapy in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis appears significant clinical effects,it can alleviate pain and is proved safe and reliable.
