高通量血液透析与常规血液透析治疗慢性尿毒症患者的疗效对比

Comparison of High flux Hemodialysis and Conventional Hemodialysis in the Treatment of Chronic Uremia

目的:分析高通量血液透析与常规血液透析治疗慢性尿毒症患者的临床疗效。方法:研究对象为本院2018年12月~2019年12月接收的32例慢性尿毒症患者,应用SPSS19.0软件对其进行分组,组间一般资料无显著差异(P>0.05)。研究组和对照组患者分别应用高通量血液透析与常规血液透析进行治疗,对比两组患者的治疗有效率以及治疗后的肌酐、尿素氮、血红蛋白和白蛋白水平。结果:研究组患者的总治疗有效率为93.75%,显著高于对照组的62.50%(P<0.05)。研究组患者的肌酐和尿素氮水平分别为(569.07±04.42)μmol/L和(11.69±3.59)mmol/L,显著低于对照组的(690.14±128.64)μmol/L和(16.18±3.73)mmol/L(P<0.05);研究组患者的血红蛋白和白蛋白水平分别为(95.68±8.41)g/L和(30.32±5.41)g/L,显著高于对照组患者的(77.23±7.64)g/L和(25.24±4.54)g/L(P<0.05)。结论:对慢性尿毒症患者采用高通量血液透析进行治疗有助于更好改善患者的临床治疗效果,效果显著。

Objective:To compare the clinical effect of high flux hemodialysis and conventional hemodialysis in the treatment of chronic uremia.Methods:32 patients with chronic uremia received by our hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were divided into groups by spss19.0 software.There was no significant difference in general data between groups(P>0.05).The patients in the study group and the control group were treated with high-throughput hemodialysis and conventional hemodialysis respectively,treatment efficiency and the levels of creatinine,urea nitrogen,hemoglobin and albumin were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 93.75%,significantly higher than 62.50% of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of creatinine and urea nitrogen in the study group were(569.07±04.42)μmol/L and(11.69±3.59)mmol/L respectively,significantly lower than those in the control group(690.14±128.64)μmol/L and(16.18±3.73)mmol/L(P<0.05);the levels of hemoglobin and albumin in the study group were(95.68±8.41)g/L and(30.32±5.41)g/L respectively,significantly higher than those in the control group(77.23±7.64)g/L and(25.24±4.54)g/L(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of high-flux hemodialysis for the treatment of patients with chronic uremia is helpful to better improve the clinical treatment effect of patients,and the effect is significant.
