心脏超声检查在高血压合并阵发性房颤患者中的临床价值

Clinical Value of Echocardiography in Patients with Hypertension and Paroxysmal Atrial Fibrillation

目的:探讨心脏超声检查在高血压合并阵发性房颤患者中的临床价值。方法:选择2018年4月~2019年4月本院心内科收治的高血压合并阵发性房颤患者58例为观察组,同时选择本院体检单纯高血压患者58例为对照组,对所有患者均进行彩色多普勒心脏超声检查,比较两组患者的LAD、E/A、IVSD/LVPWa、LVEDd。结果:观察组LAD、E/A明显高于对照组,两组相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组IVSD/LVPWa、LVEDd与对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:心脏超声检查能清晰地显示高血压合并阵发性房颤患者心脏结构,能对患者心脏结构进行动态观察,具有重要的临床意义。

Objective:To explore the clinical value of echocardiography in patients with hypertension and paroxysmal atrial fibrillation.Methods:The 58 patients with hypertension and paroxysmal atrial fibrillation admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were selected as the observation group,and 58 patients with simple hypertension in our hospital were selected as the control group.All patients were examined by color Doppler echocardiography to compare the LAD,E/A,IVSD/LVPWA,LVEDd of the two groups.Results:The lad and E/A in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in IVSD/LVPWA and LVEDd between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusions:Echocardiography can clearly show the heart structure of patients with hypertension and paroxysmal atrial fibrillation,and can dynamically observe the heart structure of patients,which has important clinical significance and is worth promoting in clinical practice.
