摘要
目的:讨论终末期肾病患者自动化腹膜透析的治疗效果,分析并发腹膜炎的相关危险因素,以期避免腹膜炎的发生,保证透析效果。方法:以本院2018年9月~2019年9月收治的终末期肾病患者为研究对象,患者均接受持续不卧床腹膜透析治疗,比较治疗前后相关指标,同时根据有无并发腹膜炎将患者分为两组,分析诱发腹膜炎的相关危险因素。结果:治疗6个月患者尿量、肾小球滤过率(rGFR)、残余肾Kt/V、腹膜Kt/V均比治疗前显著改善(P<0.05);患者的年龄、透析时间、污染材料重复使用、未严格执行操作规范等均为独立致病危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:对终末期肾病患者进行自动化腹膜透析机持续不卧床腹膜透析治疗,效果肯定,同时应用过程中应当及时规避腹膜炎发生的危险因素,严格遵守腹膜透析操作规范,控制腹膜炎的发病率。
Objective:To discuss the therapeutic effect of automated peritonal dialysis for patients with end-stage renal disease,analyze the related risk factors of complicated peritonitis,in order to avoid the occurrence of peritonitis and ensure the effect of dialysis.Methods:Patients with end-stage renal disease admitted to our hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were the subjects of study.The patients received continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis treatment,and related indicators before and after treatment were compared.At the same time,patients were divided into groups according to whether they had complicated peritonitis Two groups,analyze the related risk factors of inducing peritonitis.Results:The urine output,glomerular filtration rate(rGFR),residual kidney Kt/V,and peritoneal Kt/V of the patients after 6 months of treatment were significantly improved(P<0.05);the patient’s age,dialysis time,and pollution The repeated use of materials and failure to strictly implement the operating specifications are all independent risk factors for disease(P<0.05).Conclusion:The automatic peritoneal dialysis machine for continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis treatment for patients with end-stage renal disease has a positive effect.At the same time,the risk factors of peritonitis should be avoided in time during the application process,and the operating specifications of peritoneal dialysis should be strictly followed to control the incidence of peritonitis.
