肩关节撞击综合征1.5T磁共振成像诊断结果分析

Analysis of 1.5T Magnetic Resonance Imaging Diagnosis Results of Shoulder Joint Impact Syndrome

目的:探讨肩关节撞击综合征1.5T磁共振成像诊断结果。方法:择取本院在2018年1月~2019年1月收治的肩关节撞击综合征38例,其均经过临床检查确诊,并将其检查结果作为参照组;然后对患者采取1.5T磁共振成像检查,并将其检查结果作为观察组。对其检查的准确性进行比较。结果:在观察组检查中,有21例部分撕裂、17例完全撕裂,与参照组比较,准确率为100%;且在观察组中,有16例患者存在肩峰下滑囊增厚特征,12例患者存在肩峰下滑积液特征,完全准确。结论:对肩关节撞击综合征患者,采取1.5T磁共振成像检查,能够保证其检查的准确性,可作为该种疾病的主要检查手段,值得临床选用。

Objective:To investigate the results of 1.5T magnetic resonance imaging of shoulder joint impact syndrome.Methods:A total of 38 patients with shoulderimpact syndrome admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were enrolled.All patients were diagnosed by clinical examination and their results were used as reference group.Then 1.5T magnetic resonance imaging was performed on patients.The imaging examination was performed and the result of the examination was taken as an observation group.Compare the accuracy of their inspections.Results:In the observation group,21 patients had partial tears and 17 patients had complete tears.Compared with the reference group,the accuracy rate was 100%.In the observation group,16 patients had shoulder-slung sac thickening characteristics.12 patients had a characteristic of acromial effusion,which was completely accurate.Conclusion:For patients with shoulder-impact syndrome,1.5T magnetic resonance imaging examination can ensure the accuracy of the examination,which can be used as the main examination method for this disease,which is worthy of clinical selection.
