康复治疗仪对改善偏瘫症状的疗效观察

Effect of Rehabilitation Therapy Instrument on Hemiplegia

目的:探讨康复治疗仪在偏瘫症状临床治疗中的应用价值,为临床偏瘫症状的治疗提供指导。方法:选取本院2018年4月~2019年4月接收的84例脑卒中偏瘫患者作为研究对象,应用随机数字表法将其随机分为研究组和对照组,组间一般资料差异不显著(P>0.05)。对照组患者应用降颅压治疗、脱水治疗以及脑细胞保护治疗等常规治疗,研究组患者在对照组治疗措施基础上应用康复治疗仪进行治疗,对比两组患者治疗前后的Barthel指数评分。结果:治疗前研究组和对照组患者的Barthel指数评分为(35.81±4.66)和(35.66±4.34),组间差异不显著(P>0.05);治疗后研究组和对照组患者的Barthel指数评分为(83.45±8.28)和(62.36±8.42),组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:在偏瘫患者治疗中应用康复治疗仪有助于改善患者的日常生活能力,促进患者早日康复。

Objective:In order to explore the application value of rehabilitation therapy instrument in the clinical treatment of hemiplegia,and to provide guidance for the treatment of hemiplegia.Methods:84 stroke patients with hemiplegia received by our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were randomly divided into study group and control group by random number table method.There was no significant difference in general data between the two groups(P>0.05).The patients in the study group were treated with rehabilitation therapy instrument on the basis of the treatment measures in the control group,and the Barthel Index scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The Barthel Index scores of the study group and the control group before treatment were(35.81±4.66)and(35.66±4.34),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the Barthel Index scores of the study group and the control group were(83.45±8.28)and(62.36±8.42),with significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of rehabilitation therapy instrument in the treatment of hemiplegia is helpful to improve the ability of daily life of patients and promote the early recovery of patients.
