经颅多普勒超声联合颈动脉超声诊断缺血性脑血管病的价值分析

Transcranial Doppler Ultrasound Combined with Carotid Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Ischemic Cerebrovascular Disease

目的:分析经颅多普勒超声联合颈动脉超声诊断缺血性脑血管病的临床价值,为临床缺血性脑血管疾病诊断提供借鉴。方法:选取本院2018年6月~2019年6月收治的68例缺血性脑血管病患者分别采用经颅多普勒超声和颈动脉超声进行检查,观察经颅多普勒超声诊断结果和两者联合诊断结果。结果:经颅多普勒超声诊断敏感度、特异度、阳性预测值和阴性预测值分别为66.9%、18.2%、69.3%和30.9%;经颅多普勒超声联合颈动脉超声诊断敏感度、特异度、阳性预测值和阴性预测值分别为97.3%、7.1%、97.0%和100.0%,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:对缺血性脑血管疾病应用经颅多普勒超声联合颈动脉超声诊断效果显著优于仅采用经颅多普勒超声诊断。

Objective:To analyze the clinical value of transcranial Doppler combined with carotid ultrasound in the diagnosis of ischemic cerebrovascular disease,and to provide reference for the diagnosis of ischemic cerebrovascular disease.Methods:A total of 68 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were examined by transcranial Doppler ultrasound and carotid artery ultrasound,respectively,to observe the diagnosis results of transcranial Doppler ultrasound and both joint diagnosis result.Results:The sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of transcranial Doppler ultrasound were 66.9%,18.2%,69.3% and 30.9% respectively;the sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of transcranial Doppler ultrasound combined with carotid ultrasound were 97.3%,7.1%,97.0% and 100.0% respectively,with significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Transcranial Doppler ultrasound combined with carotid ultrasound is better than transcranial Doppler ultrasound alone in the diagnosis of ischemic cerebrovascular diseases.
