初发性近视患者配戴角膜塑形镜和框架眼镜的疗效评价

Evaluation of the Efficacy of Orthokeratology and Spectacles in Patients with Primary Myopia

目的:分析初发性近视患者配戴角膜塑形镜和框架眼镜的治疗疗效。方法:研究选取2018年11月~2019年11月到本院接受治疗的青少年初发性近视患者122例,通过计算机表法方式将其划分为研究组(配戴角膜塑形镜,n=61)和参照组(配戴框架眼镜,n=61)。所有患者均进行验光检查,对比两组患者佩戴前、佩戴1个月、6个月后裸眼视力、屈光度、眼轴长度以及角膜曲率。结果:对比数据发现,两组患者佩戴眼镜前各项数据对比差异均不明显(P>0.05),而在佩戴之后,研究组各项数据均优于参照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在青少年近视初发期配戴角膜塑形镜能够帮助其视力恢复,降低角膜曲率、眼轴长度和屈光度。

Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of primary myopia patients wearing plastic keratoscope and frame glasses.Methods:In this study,122 young people with primary myopia who came to our hospital from November 2018 to November 2019 were selected for treatment.They were divided into two groups by computer table method:the study group(wearing plastic lenses,n=61)and the reference group(wearing frame glasses,n=61).All patients were examined by optometry,and the naked eye vision,diopter,axial length and corneal curvature were compared before wearing,1 month and 6 months after wearing.Results:The comparison data showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups before wearing eyes(P>0.05),but after wearing eyes,the data of the study group was better than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:It can help the juvenile myopia to restore vision,reduce corneal curvature,axial length and diopter.
