内镜下组织胶注射联合套扎术治疗食管胃底静脉曲张的临床疗效及安全性评价

Clinical Efficacy and Safety of Endoscopic Tissue Glue Injection Combined with Ligation in the Treatment of Esophageal and Gastric Varices

目的:探究内镜下组织胶注射联合套扎术治疗食管胃底静脉曲张的临床疗效及安全性。方法:以2018年1月~2019年6月为研究时段,选择此期间本院接收的80例食管胃底静脉曲张患者为研究对象,按照入院先后顺序随机编号,抽签法分对照组、试验组,各40例,对照组给予套扎术治疗,试验组在对照组基础上联合内镜下组织胶注射治疗,比较两组的临床疗效和安全性。结果:试验组治疗总有效率为92.50%,高于对照组的75.00%,P<0.05;试验组并发症发生率高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;试验组治疗后早期再出血率为5.00%,低于对照组的20.00%,P<0.05。结论:针对食管胃底静脉曲张患者,内镜下组织胶注射联合套扎技术治疗效果理想,术后再出血率较低,且安全性较高,值得推荐。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of endoscopic tissue glue injection combined with ligation in the treatment of esophageal and gastric varices.Methods:From January 2018 to June 2019,80 patients with esophagogastric varicosity received by our hospital during this period were selected as the research objects.According to the sequence of admission,they were randomly numbered and divided into control group and experimental group,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ligation,and the experimental group was treated with endoscopic tissue glue injection on the basis of the control group.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was 92.50%,higher than 75.00% of the control group,P<0.05;the complication rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant,P>0.05;the early rebleeding rate of the experimental group was 5.00%,lower than 20.00% of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:For the patients with esophageal and gastric varices,the therapeutic effect of endoscopic tissue glue injection combined with ligation is ideal,the rate of postoperative rebleeding is low,and the safety is high,which is worth recommending.
