手术室器械管理应用PDCA循环法的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of PDCA Circulation Method in the Management of Operating Room Instruments

目的:在手术室器械工作中积极应用PDCA循环管理模式,探讨其应用效果和价值。方法:在2016年10月~2017年10月和2017年11月~2018年11月的2个时间段内分别选出150份样本资料,样本资料的主要内容为物品包装、无菌物品管理、手卫生、物品清洗等;并且在该时间段选取符合本次研究的80例由护士、护士长以及医生组成的调查对象。PDCA循环管理模式于2017年的11月开始在器械管理进行应用,将此种管理模式应用前后的质量检查状况和各科室满意度进行对比分析。结果:对比结果显示,在器械管理的护理管理中积极应用PDCA循环管理模式之后无论是各环节的质量检查状况还是科室满意度都明显优于PDCA循环管理模式应用之前,P<0.05。结论:器械管理护理管理工作中合理采用PDCA循环管理模式有利于手术室各环节工作质量的有效提升,并且可切实提高临床科室的满意度,具有较大的应用效果和临床价值。

Objective:Actively apply the PDCA cycle management model in operating room instrument work to explore its application effect and value.Method:150 samples were selected in two time periods from October 2016 to October 2017 and November 2017 to November 2018.The main contents of the sample data are packaging,sterile material management,and manual Hygiene,item cleaning,etc.;and 80 survey subjects composed of nurses,head nurses and doctors were selected during this time period.The PDCA cycle management model began to be applied to device management in November 2017,and the quality inspection status before and after the application of this management model and the satisfaction of each department were compared and analyzed.Results:The comparative results showed that after the active application of the PDCA cycle management model in the nursing management of device management,both the quality inspection status of each link and the department satisfaction were better than before the application of the PDCA cycle management model,P<0.05.Conclusion:Reasonable use of PDCA cycle management mode in device management and nursing management is beneficial to the effective improvement of the quality of each link in the operating room,and can effectively improve the satisfaction of clinical departments,which has greater application effects and clinical value.
