国产主动脉支架产品发展现状

Progress of Domestically-Made Aortic Stent Graft

主动脉疾病是一类病死率较高的疾病,其治疗主要依靠外科手段。传统的开放手术创伤巨大,并发症率高。近三十年来,微创主动脉腔内修复术得到了较大的发展,在以Stanford B型夹层和肾下腹主动脉瘤为代表的部分主动脉疾病治疗中逐渐成为主流。主动脉支架是主动脉腔内修复术中最主要的器械,我国在主动脉支架领域经过近二十年的发展,已经自主研发了多款主动脉支架。我国主动脉支架的研制已经从最初的“学习模仿”进步到国际先进水平,甚至在部分领域处于领先地位。文章将对国产主动脉支架产品的发展与研究现状进行综述。

Aortic disease is an extremely dangerous disease with high mortality,and its treatment mainly depends on open surgery.Traditional open surgery has great trauma and high complication rate.In the past 30 years,endovascular aortic repair(EVAR)has made great progress.EVAR has gradually become the mainstream in the treatment of some aortic diseases,such as Stanford B dissection and infrarenal abdominal aortic aneurysm.Aortic stent graft is the most important device in EVAR.After nearly 20 years of development in the field of aortic stent graft,Chinese companies have independently developed a number of aortic stent graft.The development of aortic stent graft in China has progressed from the initial"learning and imitation"to the international advanced level.Even more,China has achieved leading position in some areas.This article will review the development and research status of domestically-made aortic stent products.
