64排螺旋CT冠状动脉成像在冠状动脉狭窄诊断中的临床价值分析

Clinical Value of 64-Slice Spiral CT Coronary Angiography in the Diagnosis of Coronary Artery Stenosis

目的:分析64排螺旋CT冠状动脉成像在冠状动脉狭窄诊断中的临床价值。方法:纳入2017年12月~2019年5月本院收治的106例冠状动脉狭窄患者,随机分为对照组、观察组,各53例,对照组接受常规冠状动脉造影检查,观察组接受64排螺旋CT冠状动脉成像检查。结果:观察组患者检查阳性率和诊断准确率高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:冠状动脉狭窄患者接受64排螺旋CT冠状动脉成像,准确率较高。

Objective:To analyze the clinical value of 64-slice spiral CT coronary angiography in the diagnosis of coronary artery stenosis.Methods:From December 2017 to May 2019,106 patients with coronary artery stenosis admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 53 cases in each group.The control group received conventional coronary angiography.A 64-slice spiral CT coronary angiography was performed.Results:The positive rate and diagnostic accuracy of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Patients with coronary artery stenosis undergo 64-slice spiral CT coronary angiography with high accuracy.
