64排CT肺部平扫在肺内结节诊断中的应用效果评价

Evaluation of 64-Slice CT Lung Plain Scan in Diagnosis of Pulmonary Nodules

目的:探究64排CT肺部平扫在肺内结节临床诊断中的应用价值。方法:对2018年1月~2019年12月在本院接受诊疗的100例肺内结节患者进行回顾分析。所有患者均采用64排CT平扫检查肺内有无结节病变,对于可疑病例再用肺部穿刺等手段进行进一步确诊。结果:该100例患者中,共有72例患者通过CT检查确诊,确诊率为72%,有28例患者未能判断是否存在肺部结节。结论:64排CT在肺部结节的临床诊断当中具有重要作用,具有操作简便、用时少、伤害小等优点。但是按照当前CT发展水平,尚不能达到完全检出和确诊,仍需进一步改进和完善,在临床工作当中,需要借助其他手段进行联合诊治。

Objective:To explore the application value of 64-slice CT lung plain scan in the clinical diagnosis of intrapulmonary nodules.Methods:A retrospective analysis was performed on 100 patients with pulmonary nodules undergoing diagnosis and treatment in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019.All patients involved in this investigation and study used 64-slice CT plain scan to check for nodular lesions in the lungs,and suspicious cases were further confirmed by lung puncture.Results:Of the 100 patients,72 patients were confirmed by CT examination,the diagnosis rate was 72%,and 28 patients could not determine whether there was a pulmonary nodule.Conclusion:64-slice CT has an important role in the clinical diagnosis of pulmonary nodules.It has the advantages of simple operation,less time and less injury.However,according to the current level of CT development,complete detection and diagnosis cannot be achieved,and further improvement and improvement are still needed.In clinical work,other methods are needed for joint diagnosis and treatment.
