三维CT重建及MRI检查在胫骨平台隐性骨折(TPOF)诊疗分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究三维CT重建和MRI在胫骨平台隐性骨折(TPOF)中的诊断作用。方法:回顾性分析2018年4月~2019年2月在本院诊查的136例疑似TPOF患者作为研究对象,所有患者均进行多层CT重建检查和MRI检测,分析检查结果,统计出两种检查方式的准确度、特异度、灵敏度以及两种检查方式显示周围软组织、骨折移位、骨折缺损以及粉碎程度等满意度评分。结果:MRI诊断的灵敏度、准确度以及特异度均高于三维CT重建诊断;MRI在骨折移位、缺损、骨折粉碎程度显示方面的满意度评分和三维CT重建相比,P>0.05,但是MRI在对周围软组织上显示的满意度评分高于三维CT重建,P<0.05。结论:在对胫骨平台隐性骨折的诊断中,三维CT重建和MRI的诊断价值都很高,但是MRI的诊断价值更好。 Objective:To study the role of 3D CT reconstruction and MRI in the diagnosis of tibial plateau hidden fracture(TPOF).Methods:A retrospective analysis of 136 suspected TPOF patients examined in our hospital from April 2018 to February 2019 was made.All patients underwent multi-slice CT reconstruction and MRI examination.The results were analyzed,and the accuracy,specificity and sensitivity of the two examination methods were calculated,and the surrounding soft tissue,fracture displacement,fracture defect and degree of comminution were displayed by the two examination methods Intention score.Results:The sensitivity,accuracy and specificity of MRI diagnosis were higher than that of 3D CT reconstruction;the satisfaction score of MRI in the display of fracture displacement,defect and fracture comminution was higher than that of 3D CT reconstruction(P>0.05),but the satisfaction score of MRI in the display of surrounding soft tissue was higher than that of 3D CT reconstruction(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the diagnosis of tibial plateau hidden fracture,the value of 3D CT reconstruction and MRI is very high,but the value of MRI is better.
