摘要
目的:比较磁共振成像技术(MRI)与体层摄影术(CT)在直肠癌诊断及分期评估中的应用价值。方法:在本院范围内,以2019年4月~2020年4月为时间节点,选取直肠癌患者50例(均经手术病理检查明确),全部患者术前都开展CT、MRI检查,实施临床分期,并对比于病理结果。结果:MRI对直肠癌T分期的诊断准确率、对淋巴结转移的正确率较之CT,均明显偏高(P<0.05)。结论:相比于CT检查,MRI在直肠癌诊断、分期上,优势更为明显。
Objective:To compare the application value of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)and tomography(CT)in the diagnosis and staging of rectal cancer.Methods:Within the scope of this hospital,with April 2019-April 2020 as the time node,50 patients with rectal cancer(all confirmed by surgical pathological examination)were selected.Results:Compared with CT,the accuracy of MRI in the diagnosis of T staging of rectal cancer and the accuracy of lymph node metastasis were significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with CT examination,MRI has more obvious advantages in the diagnosis and staging of rectal cancer.
